wp.com setting media

originally, i was able to click on the stateless tab in my settings tab but (since i have no experience) and was having major issues getting the ssl but when i finally corrected that. i ended up with a new site that properly displayed my url but i went back to the original settings and now I cannot retrieve/upload the wp stateless plugin. if i can get the tab into my media files i’ll be fine but it’s different now. maybe there was another plugin that helped me along the original path to get to you but i don’t know what that was? hopefully, you can see what i mean. i also emailed support. i’m hoping to hear back by tomorrow. Thank YOu !
