    Will it work? Thanks Aaron.

No, page caching of any type prevents PHP from running on the page. So there is no way for blackhole to do its thing.

Let me know if any other questions, glad to help anytime.

There’s no way to configure it? OR what’s the next best alternative?

The way to configure page caching to work with dynamic PHP-driven plugins is to disable it. Not sure specifically with “WP Cloudflare Super Page Cache”, but it sounds like it’s just not compatible. The web page listing “compatible cache plugins” provides other cache plugins that work with Blackhole, but for all of them disable page cache is a requirement.

I am working on a solution to the page cache dilemma, but it’s a ways off yet.
