• Hi Team,

I wanted to write to you to ask for your knowledge on what you think happened during a recent attempt to restore my website from our staging environment (staging.kikka.com.au) to our production website (kikka.com.au). Last night after a backup of staging (staging.kikka.com.au) and transfer to production (kikka.com.au) was the first time the backup caused the homepage of the production (kikka.com.au) to appear very odd in that the blog pages ended up on the front homepage. This was very strange considering each time before it had worked successfully. (As a note, both staging and production are being hosted on an AWS EC2 Instance (Elastic Beanstalk). The process took about 5 hours of troubleshooting to bring the kikka.com.au to look exactly like staging.kikka.com.au to and it was quite frustrating. My question to you would be why before did it work in transfering the site over and but this time messed up the look of the site?

By the way , we find the plugin extremely helpful and have used it extensively up until this point which this happened. Hopefully you have an idea of what you think could have caused the issues? All plugins and versions had been updated so nothing out of the ordinary to what we normally done.

    Cheers guys and Happy Xmas!

    R
