WP-CLI command gives WordPress install as not compatible

  • Using the WP-CLI command, I get this error:
    Error: Your WordPress install is not compatible.

    All other plugins and themes are compatible.

    I am using WP version 4.9.8

    What does this error mean? Is it a false error? What do I need to do?
