WP-CLI and .htaccess generation

    Trying to deploy and configure 100s of sites from CLI. I can install, configure, etc. The only thing remaining is to simulate a Save Settings operation so as to re-fresh .htaccess. After digging through the code for hours, and attempting to instantiate the necessary iThemes objects in WP-CLI module, a working solution has eluded me.

    Does anyone know how to do this?
