WP Chatbot does not appear on my website

I am newbie in website development.
I can see the chatbot the first time I install it, but it is gone now.
I tried clear all cache, logged out my facebook account, deactivated and activated the plugin, opened my website in incognito windows.
May I know what should I do now ?
