Have you tried to enable safe mode in the Anti-spam settings? I can’t check out the plugin called Extra Product Options, your link is broken.

    OK, did a quick check.

Safe mode was enabled. Disabling “Other forms” seems to solve the issue but then leaves the whole Woocommerce etc system vulnerable to spam..

    You’re right.

    Please do the following:

    1. Enable all mentioned plugins
    2. Enable anti-spam for “Other forms”
    3. Reproduce the issue
    5. Go to the Traffic Inspector admin page
    6. Click “Advanced search”
    7. Select “Spam form submission denied” in the “Activity” and click “Search”
    8. Show me the URLs of your blocked requests

The url seems to be the same in all cases (and yes, Safe mode was still ON):

    ../en/?wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments

Called from eg ../en/shop or ../en/productcategory/category

Noted that I also have a 360 tour app installed, it seemed to generate the same type of issues, the calling url is ../en/virtualtour/?id=4699

What does “/en/” prefix in the URLs mean?

    Thread Starter mrboats

    (@wpseiskaadmin)

The site is multilingual so ../en/.. means that the user is accessing the English language version of the site.

Please add the following line into the “Query whitelist” field on the Antispam admin page.

    {\/\w\w\/\?wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments}

    How’s it going?

Hi, sorry for slow response, your suggestion did fix the issue.
