Is there any guidance on how we can block spam on these forms without blocking everything?

Hi! Could you make a screenshot of those blocked requests on the Live Traffic page? You can use “Advanced Search” to filter out them.

The first four requests are me testing various form entries. The next two are a customer of ours trying to get in touch. The next ones are spam (as far as I can tell).

Please make a screenshot of the POST fields of any of those requests. To get them, hover the mouse over the row and click “Details”. If there are no saved POST fields, you need to enable “Save request fields” in the plugin logging settings.

Thanks. I didn’t have POST fields saved, so I sent another test form submission through after activating. Masking the email address as it’s a real address.

Please disable the caching plugin (WP Super Cache?) and try to submit the form.

Thanks. After disabling WP Super Cache, I’m able to submit forms. Does this mean WP Cerber and WP Super Cache are incompatible? Is there another caching solution that will work with WP Cerber? We do need to have our site cached; if you can provide some work around or solution that would be great.

You just need to add the URL of that page with the form to the list of pages that are excluded from caching. Any decent caching plugin has such a setting. Check the WP Super Cache documentation.
