WP Canvas Media library , Add media button not woring

Hello ,
I have been using Wp Canvas theme and also this plugin…

My Gallery Library not loading any images or Add media button not working. When I change theme it works fine.. So I am pretty sure that’s the problem with the theme..

Now, I also deactivated all plugins and re-activated one by one, it doesn’t resolve issue.

It is showing errors in console when loading media library page

Because I am using WP canvas theme and I couldn’t find any forum for support and I also generated ticket at https://webplantmedia.com/support/ but I didn’t get any response from author in a while, so I decided to add post here as it’s same author’s support forum

I hope I will get some good help in this forum
