WP Canvas acting strange

Hi, I installed the plugin on my website: https://ruudschoenmakers.com (i’m working on it) and it’s acting strange.
When I’m logged in WP and take a look at it, it works fine. I want 4 rows and it’s doing that. But when I log off it only shows 3 rows. When I zoom in or out with the browser it recovers the 4th row. How can I fix this?Thanks in advance.
