We do help with the TTFB, however, there are more factors at hand such as your website configuration, hosting provider, etc.
We are compatible with most hosting providers and in case you are using a reverse proxy, you can check our article here in order to sync the caching solutions:
TTFB measures how fast your website responds with information to your clients. Usually, this time is expected to be around 100-200ms. Anything larger than this starts impacting the PageSpeed scores negatively. The mobile scores are more strongly affected by TTFB, as compared to the desktop scores.
