wp cache premium not showing in menu after activation

Hello.

I upgraded my WP to 4.7, when i re-insall the WP cache premium plugin it does not show up in the menus on the side on at the top with the tiger icon to enable me to use the service in my WP admin area.

Any known issues here?

I have removed the plugin folder completely via ftp and attemped a vanilla installed with manual upgrade and still no joy. I have activated the premium version correctly, but it still does not show up in the menus
