I have OS ticket 1.8.1.2 installed with wordpress 3.8.1 and osTicket WP Bridge 1.9.2. The connection between osTicket and WP Bridge is working fine. I can create and respond to tickets directly from wordpress as an end user, and I can see the tickets created in the staff control panel.

The only problem I’m having is tickets created in the wordpress bridge do not send email notifications to the staff users. I have verified this by watching the syslog on the email server. If I create a ticket directly in osticket, the emails work fine, but if I create one in WP, the email server log doesn’t even so much as wiggle. I have set up all the email templates on the wp-bridge dashboard, but still no email. Any thoughts?

disregard, this wasn’t a plugin issue. It seems my php mail function isn’t working properly from wordpress. It is important to note that this plugin does not send notifications through osticket, but through wordpress itself. I hope this helps others in my situation.
