wp-bootstrap-menu…submenu errors

my header.php has the code as

attaching screenshot of the menu and the code via inspect plz not flipkart comes under dropdown-menu just above clothing but i want clothing,decor,jewellry to be children of flipkart…so what am i doing wrong?
