• My blog (https://www.aheadofideas.com) hosted by GoDaddy is gone. Forgetting to activate the Akismet, I have 1500+ spam messages logged as approved comments. I used myphpadmin via GoDaddy to remove them by listing them, but now my site does not display on the web and I cannot even get in to the /wp-admin to restore an earlier backup. I was on the phone for an hour with GoDaddy, but we could not fix the problem. This is the link to the procedure I followed to the letter, but now the site is MIA. I tried a restore from GoDaddy which had one listed for me that was created last night, but clicking on the restore, did not create a solution. Help!

    What is problem with restore?

After I click on restore, the status is Pending Restore in the hosting center. When status becomes “Set-Up”, meaning it was successful, my site still does not come up nor can I get to my /wp-admin screen. It’s all white space.

In myphpadmin, my pages and files are showing. So something is broken somewhere but I don’t know where to look.
