    1. Yes I have gone through all your steps.

    2. I’m using single mode

    3. all notifications I’ve created (new user admin & user notification)

    4. I created an admin and a user notification. When someone subscribes to my site, I get an email but it’s plain text, and the new user gets a plain text email as well.

But when i remove the user notification upon registration, the admin still gets the plain text while the user gets an email and that’s taking the wp better emails template.

Does your plugin work with WP Better emails?

    Hi carinakfx,
    Thanks for your message.

It sounds it might be a conflict with the WP Better Emails plugin. Are you able to disable this and re-test just with BNFW to see if this resolves things for you?

    Thanks,
    Jack

Yes BNFW works fine with or without it. I was just hoping I would be able to use them together so that the emails are stylized.

Is there another plugin that I can use with yours that will allow me to stylize my emails?

I just tried another plugin: https://premium.wpmudev.org/project/html-email-templates/ and that also wont work with your plugin. Is there anything that I can use to stylize the emails?

    Hi carinakfx,
Have you tried using HTML and CSS in the Text mode of the notification editor?

There are online generators that might be able to help you with this if you need it. Alternatively, if the plugins you have used give you the HTML and CSS content, you might be able to copy and paste it from those instead.

I do plan on adding styled ‘themes’ to the notifications at some point but this will be a way off yet and will most likely be an add-on.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks,
    Jack
