WPBakery extra row options disappear

  • The theme used on a site I built for a client comes with the WPBakery Page Builder plugin, and the rows in it have a tab in the row settings for ‘Responsive options’ that allow showing/hiding the row on different devices. But when the Video Background plugin is enabled, this tab disappears, and is replaced by the ‘Video Background’ tab.

    I’ve checked the code for the admin editor page, and the ‘Responsive Options’ tab isn’t even in there.

    Hi @finomeno ,

    I am unable to replicate this myself. It is possible that there is a plugin that is conflicting with both Video Background and WPBakery, causing this to happen.

    I would recommend trying to disable each plugin (Except Video Background and WPBakery) one by one until you can narrow down where this is coming from.

    Could you provide your version of Video Background and WPBakery as well?
