WP bakery builder not showing up

Hi there,

I am trying to create a subscription pop up. However when i am in the editing page my WP bakery builder blocks dont show up and instead i have to edit using the the ‘visual/text’ builder which isn’t intuitive, responsive or workable.

Any idea what this could be?
