• My blog, https://www.jewelsdujour.com, is having major issues on the back-end. I am unable to insert photos to a post without the entire site freezing. I cannot perform any functionality really without the entire site freezing. PLEASE HELP. I\’ve contact GoDaddy and the issue is not coming from their end.

  • Switch to Twenty Twelve theme with all plugins turned off and see see if you can insert photos.

I am using a different theme all together, so I wasn’t using the new Twenty Thirteen or the Twenty Twelve themes. When I turned off all the plugins and tried to do something on the blog, the issue still persisted. I even deleted several plugins as that is what my hosting site said was the problem. But even with all the plugins deactivated, the problem continued.

What I suggested above is a temporary troubleshooting step. You need not use that theme. You can revert to your current theme after the above step.

I can’t even login to my blog without it freezing – I continually receive this message:

Unable to load the webpage because the server sent no data.
    Reload this webpage.
Press the reload button to resubmit the data needed to load the page.
    Error code: ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

That message shows that your browser cannot connect to the server. That means, it’s a problem with your browser, your machine or your server. So, try to access your site using different browsers, another machine or even a different ISP. It otherwise means it is NOT a WordPress problem.

I just accessed your site without any problems.

    Hi JewelsduJour,

I put this message on my thread (i was having the same issue) please try this, it might help you as well:

“Not sure yet if the problem is completely solve but it seems to be.
I have change my modem for a new one and haven’t had an issue with the website logging me out today yet.

@jewelsdujour, you might want to try this as well…. apparently this error can also be caused by issues with your internet provider, closed internet ports, or defective modem connections.”

Hope this helps and solves your problem.
