WP Auto Updated my sites now I recieve 403 error on login.php

So, I had no idea that worpdress now would take it upon itself to auto update. Late last night I checked my emails and noticed three of my sites had ‘updated’ themselves. Now, every site that auto updated is receiving a 403 forbidden error on wp-login.php

I’ve checked my .htaccess, I’ve removed my .htaccess, I’ve checked permissions on the wp-login.php file and the wp folder. Everything seems to be in order. Has anyone else run into this issue?
