WP Author Box displays on template

  • Have you disabled (unchecked) the Author Box in Users–>My Profile?

    I disabled the author box on the archive prior to posting, and it had no effect. I disabled it on the posts, but I do use author box on the blog posts so I do not want to remove it from the rest of the site, just the single site templates. Isn’t that supposed to be removed from the loop the same as the breadcrumbs, header, footer and the like?

    Why is the author box not removed from the template as are the rest of the items in the loop? Is it supposed to work like this?

    The author box removal function needed a priority added. This has been updated to version 1.1.2 to address this. You can download the new file in the My Account page on our site.

    In the future, for issues related to single listing template, because they are a paid add-on to this free plugin, please post to the forum on our site.
