WP Armour and CF 7 config error

I’ve been using WP Armour and CF7 for a while and been very satisfied with the combination.

Since a recent update, CF 7 has been showing a configuration error when using the smart tag [your-email] in reply mails – CF 7 flags it as unsafe email configuration because it can be exploited for ?spammers to abuse the contact form by sending email to an address they specify, taking advantage of a site’s name. The recommendation is using recaptcha which I would like to avoid. I would like to know if WP Armour protects against this kind of abuse and I can just ignore the config error from CF 7? TIA
