WP-Appbox Invalid Publisher code error

I am getting an “Invalid Publisher Code, Offer, or Publisher – Advertiser Partnership Status” error on our (mostly Microsoft Store) WP Appbox boxes. Not sure when this started, but seems to be affecting most/all of our WP-Appbox boxes.
I tried unchecking the affiliate links to see if there was an issue with my Microsoft Store / rakuten affiliate, but am getting the same error even when sending the affiliate $$ to the app publisher.
I also tried clearing the cache and resetting blocked queries in Settings>Advanced>Reset, but that didn’t help eitherThe page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

shoot nevermind this is happening when logged in, but not when logged out of WordPress, my bad
This is still happening, both when logged in and logged out. I was able to get to the appbox links once, but after clearing the site caches, that is no longer the case. This is still an unresolved error.Please check the affiliate settings, the “sid”-parameter with the “SID” looks weird:
https://click.linksynergy.com/deeplink?id=SID%203...46&mid=24542&murl=That doesn’t look like anything I can fix to me. The message is generated by Rakuten Advertising when the two IDs (Advertiser ID & Rakuten ID) do not match or the ID is not allowed for the Rakuten program.
Try creating a link using Rakuten’s deep linking tool and then copying the id, should look something like this:
