WP app blocks my IP-number

Hi!
I just used the WordPress app on my phone. The phone had both wifi and Mobile broadband connected. The wifi connection caused our page to go down, or at least it looks like that. It is blocked. But only that one, everything else works and you can’t tell any difference either.
I talked to my Internet provider just now and he knew there is a bug at WordPress causing this. He would unlook me in 10-15 minutes but advised me NOT to run the WP app using wifi. So, please could someone fix it?
