WP All in One Plugin Hangs while restoring website locally

Hi,

This is the 4th time I’m trying to restore the backup of the website locally. I’m using the WP All in one plugin (with unlimited extension).

The restoration gets stopped in the database restore stage, sometimes at 99% and sometimes shows
“Done restoring database.Please do not close this browser window or your import will fail”
and it goes round and round and round for hours. Closing the window breaks everything. The size of the website is ~1.5 GB.

However earlier I could restore another site locally which was ~ 500 MB, no issues (same process).

I have seen similar posts like this in the forum and it seems like a common issue, but none of the solutions has worked.

Can anybody help?
