I am testing WP All Import for WooCommerce on a test server. I have products that already have 1-3 images, and I don’t want the import to change anything with the existing images. I don’t have any images to import and I don’t want the import to touch/change any images I already have in the site.

So, in Settings, I checked this option:

Choose which data to update – Images – Don’t touch existing images, append new images

But, for some reason the first image is deleted by the import. Do I need to disable something else, maybe in Edit Import – Images?

    Hey @steadylads,

If you don’t want to update images at all, you would need to uncheck “Images” under “Choose which data to update”.

I thought that I had tried that before, but maybe my records are incorrect. It is working as intended now. Thank you for your help!
