I use WP All Export to export file to a URL. When I run the trigger/processing by cron, and go back hours later, the file often does not exist. When I run the process manually, and am then presented with the download links, the file often does not exist. This is the message I often get:

    {“status”:403,”message”:”File doesn’t exist”}

Every now and then, hit and miss, the files does exist. But usually it doesn’t. This is a very bad thing and I would really appreciate your help in solving this issue.

    Hi @cpsinphilly

It sounds like your server is either blocking WP All Export from saving the file (possibly a permissions issue), or something is deleting the file after we save it.

Please contact your web host and ask them to review the error logs on your server for any entries around the time that an export completes and the file is missing (see guide). Let us know what they find.

Worked with my web host for hours on this last night. The issue is definitely not on their end. What is happening is that when I run one export, the file is created. Then, as soon as I run another, completely different export, the first is wiped out. Every single time. My web host worked with me for a long time on this – two people over two hours. Looked at every log, every setting, and walked with me through the process multiple times, monitoring everything behind the scenes. The issue is with WP All Export. I also sent you a support email. Please help me to get this solved. Thank you.

    Hi @cpsinphilly

I also sent you a support email

Please follow up with us there. We’re going to have to see this issue on your site directly since it only happens in your environment.

Same problem with me. Every time an export is run, another one is deleted.
Did you manage to find a solution?

I’m having the same issue. Has anyone solved this yet?

The follow-up on www.remarpro.com forums are nearly non-existant.

Same issue here, any solutions so far?

@peikgabriel Nope, not for me at least.

Any solutions anyone? We have the same problem here.

I’ll chime in on this thread: the folders with exported files in /wp-content/uploads/wpallexport/exports/ seem to get deleted after a certain amount of time …

    Having this issue too

Same probleme here. We build a big shop for a client and it worked the last weeks, but suddenly the order export folder is being deleted, after a while, it’s there again, but only contains a zip-file. A few seconds later the csv is in the folder, another few seconds later the whole folder is gone again, for the next few minutes.

It’s not working as intended an unreliable. In our case it’s really urgent to solve this, since go-live is next week and we have to ensure the client that this will be working stable.

Also sent you a support request via email.
