WP Adverts – authors plugin crashes site on activation

    This is an initial setup of wpadverts on a site with woocommerce. When I activate the authors plugin the site goes down with this error. My Version is 1.3.5. Your pages says the latest version is 1.0.0 which is not accurate so I don’t know if my version is up to date. Please advise.

    An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 399 of the file /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/wpadverts-authors/includes/class-shortcode-manage.php. Error message: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/wordpress/core/5.2.3//wp-content/plugins/wpadverts/includes/class-html.php’ (include_path=’/:.’)

    Hi,
    the WPAdverts version should be 1.3.5, and the WPAdverts Authors version should be 1.1.0.

    Regarding the error it looks like for some reason the path to class-html.php file is for some reason incorrect which causes an error, maybe you have a custom value defined for ABSPATH constant?

    Either way, this issue should be already fixed in the next WPAdverts Authors version, you can send me a message via the contact form at https://wpadverts.com/contant/ i will send you back a file which should resolve it.
