i wanted to upgrade to the latest wordpress version ..

i have downloaded the folder and unzip it ..
then ..

`i have edited and renamed the wp-config-sample.php to wp-config.php and entered my database info. in it …
in the read me file
Unzip the package in an empty directory.
Open up wp-config-sample.php with a text editor like WordPad or similar and fill in your database connection details.
Save the file as wp-config.php
Upload everything.
Open /wp-admin/install.php in your browser. This should setup the tables needed for your blog. If there is an error, double check your wp-config.php file, and try again. If it fails again, please go to the support forums with as much data as you can gather.`

i have followed all the instruction … when iome to step /wp-admin/install.php … he write that you have to open it in your prowser (note : there is a link in /wp-admin/install.php) so .. i click on it ..
it gives me a file called install.php to downlaod it ..
and i did .. once i open it again … it gave me the same file to download ..
even though i am 100 % sure from my database info.
