wp-admin/customize doesn't show website on the right

  • Hi,

    Recently, when I click on the Customize tab in the appearance section it shows the menu to the left, but displays just a grey screen. Nothing I try seems to be able to resolve this problem I’m having.

  • Ideally, when you click on customize, it shows a vertical menu in the left sidebar and to the right it shows a preview of your homepage. Could you post a screenshot of the customize window.
