wp-admin/users.php; adding more columns

In my wp-admin/users.php, columns displayed are username, name, email, role, active subscriber, and posts. I want to add columns for city, state, and a customized field that was created with Profile Extra Fields plugin. What simple plugin can I use to accomplish that?

Prefer a plugin than adding a code to Code Snippets plugin if possible.
