    Hi,

We are using the Avada WP Theme.

We have changed the wp-loging url using All In One WP Security & Firewall
[Brute Force -> Rename Login Page]

Whenever the session expires and I try to access the WP Admin mysite.com/{custom_login_page_nale}, it displays a 404 page. Also the CSS for this page also not working.

We opened a ticket with Avada also but no help.

Please advice how to solve this issue.

    Hi, when you say

Whenever the session expires and I try to access the WP Admin

What session are you referring to?

if today I log into my website, and finish editing whatever I want, I don’t logout of my WP site. Instead I just close the browser.

say after 4 hours when I try to access the WP Admin, it say session expired and displays a 404 page and CSS is broken.

Hi, you should always log out when you have finished carrying out any task in your website for security reasons. If your session times out then that is great news because in reality that is a safe mechanism that prevents anyone accessing your site and causing major damage after you close your browser without login out.

Then, yes you would have to refresh your browser to begin a new session “Log in again”.

I hope the above helps you further understand the process and how important it is to log out when you complete editing your website.

    Regards

I am having the same problem. Except that by refreshing the page, the page is still not found.

How can I solve this and get back in my website?

Thank you for a prompt response

@critara did the solution provided in the other thread help you?

No, mrbsolution, I have opened my own thread now. I have tried many ways, but to no avail.
