I moved my wordpress installation from one domain to another, and I had it working fine.

I then tried to use an .htaccess file on the old site to redirect individual posts to the posts on the new site. It didn’t work, but ever since then, I have been unable to log into my new site’s admin panel.

If I try to login to it, it redirects me to:

    <oldsite>/wp-login.php?redirect_to=<newsite>%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1

I have searched the database of the new site, and there were some references to the domain of my old site, which I replaced with the new site’s URL, but the issue remains.

It won’t let me login to the old site using either the old or new credentials.

What else should I be looking at?

Yes it is, but I have no .htaccess file making use of it.

I simply reinstalled WordPress to resolve this.
