wp-admin redirects into my-account page

i need give access to my wordpress dashboard into some kind of users in my website, i did the access rights with wprole-editor plugin, but while access the dahsborad it redirects me to the my-account page, i need to disable this feature, i need to allow the users to access the dashboard
