wp-admin redirecting to new admin url instead of 404

  • Hi, I have installed your plugin and want to prevent access to the wp-admin login screen but it REDIRECTS to the new url instead of showing a 404 page. I have searched the forum for solutions but no one has published details of why this happens.

    I have set all the settings to block defaults, I’ve cleared cache, tried new browsers/sessions/networks but it won’t work. Please can you help troubleshoot this. Many thanks.

    I suspect there’s another plugin which do the redirect. Can you try to disable other code and see if make a fix?
