wp-admin /plugings.php and many categories blanck after 2.4.5 update

I upgraded to version 4.3 wordpress. Then, I installed the latest version of woocomerce (2.4.5). After this, wp-admin is banck, also I can not access to plugings menu, can not publish entries … nothing works! I can not uninstall or disable it!
