WP-Admin Password Issue

Good Morning,

I can’t log into my WP-Admin page. Because I am doing this in MySQL I can’t type the password plain text to change it so now I’m hoping to set up the Lost Password email function to fix the issue. I’m in the WP_options table and was wondering what options did I need it to change to get the email link. I keep getting the “The email could not be sent. Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function.” error. Help with how to plain text the password, what encryption is being used so I can change the password, how to find the secret key or how to set up the lost password email function would be appreciated.
