Please do not jump into other topics. If the troubleshooting already posted made no difference for you, then, as per the Forum Welcome, please post your own topic.

Second, please think twice before you advise that someone put their site in jeopardy by downgrading to a version that now has a publicly known security vulnerability. That’s not good advice. I’ve archived your post because downgrading isn’t a solution to people’s problems. If someone has a problem they should work it out using the usual methods.
