WP-admin page not working

I am vert new to this. My wp-admin dashboard page cannot be accessed anymore. It was working fine last week. I just get a page cannot be found message. I use 000webhosting to host my url, but for some reason the wp-admin has stopped working. I think it has been upgraded to the latest version. The website itself is fine. Have no idea how to fix.
