Wp-Admin Page keeps redirecting for some users

Thank you for the fantastic plugin. I am using it to connect two sites.

I face a problem for some admin users when the login feature is active. When they try to login to wp-admin it keeps on redirecting on a loop.

However this doesn’t happen to me as the Owner/Admin
But it occurs with a couple of my team members who are also admins. We tried on different browsers like Mozilla, Edge, opera etc and it was the same error.

Do you have any idea?
Would you want me to create an admin account for you on a staging website so you can try to emulate this.
