WP Admin Media Library JS Break

  • I have an error popping up within the administration area saying that the ValidationService doesn’t exist. From what I’ve seen this is happening in the bootstrap process for the UI JS.

    Any help or ideas on how to resolve this would be appreciated.

    If I need to, where can I go to file a bug report to core?
