WP Admin “Manage” not coming up

  • Having some problems with an installation of WP 2.5.1. When I click on “Manage”, the edit.php page doesn’t come up. Instead, the browser opens the page up for me as a download. I’ve tried changing permissions on the folder and the file but still no change.

    Urgent help appreciated.
