Wp-admin is not workin

I have created the wordpress site using psd, it works fine in my local but when I have uploaded to the server then site runs smoothly but when i tried to logged in to wp-admin it shows blank nothing appears and when i tried to customize it then it show some weird content can any plz take a look and tell me what I have done wron plz this the website link
