WP-Admin gets a 404

My site ( https://www.scratchbuffalo.com ) still works, but the WP-Admin page no longer works. I just get a 404 error.
In “Softaculous” it shows that I have two current installs of https://www.scratchbuffalo.com/site
Both installs have different Database names.
Not sure what to do, help is very appreciated.
