/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=product takes minutes to load

Hello.
I have 274 products with several variations and a translation on WooCommerce.

I use WPML

The site is ok, but when i go to /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=product
(products -> all products) the page loads VERY slow, it takes minutes to load the page.
Any idea on how to fix this?

I have tried disabling all plugins except woocommerce, and still it is slow.

It should not be because of the server hardware, i have an 8-core VPS server running with 30GB of ram and an SSD disk.
But the cpu usage of one core gets to 100% when i go to all products on admin area.
It is php-fpm that uses ~100% of the core.
