wp-admin dashboard passwords

  • I had visions of unique wp-admin dashboards for my main site where WPMU is installed and all other sites generated from there.

    It seems that invoking wp-admin for any site uses the same user name and login password.

    As a result, I think I’m seeing the same wp-admin dashboard regardless of what site I log into.

    Does this indicate a bad install of WPMU ? Thanks for any thoughts or advice.

  • no, the dahsboard looks the same for everyone – except the name of the second site.

    one username/password for each site is normal. users are global.

    WordPress.COM uses the same codebase. works just like that, if you had multiple blogs there you have the same user/pass, right?
