WP Admin Dashboard – cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 millisecond

Hello,
With activated All in one SEO Plugin my WP Admin dashboard is extrem slowly.
With Query Monitor I get the following LOG information:

– URL: https://www.semperplugins.com/feed/
– Status: cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds- HTTP API Transport: curl
– Abruffunktion: apply_filters(‘http_request_args’)
– Komponente: Plugin: all-in-one-seo-pack
– Zeitüberschreitung: 10
– Zeit: 10,0028

I already tried reinstall the plugin – did not work.

How can I disable this error?
