WP admin bar not showing

Hey Ross,
Thanks so much for the plugin really appreciate what you’ve done here. First when we tried to switch to ssl, we completely broke the site. Your plugin fixed that!
However, there are a few things that are a little funky, still. For one, the wp admin panel didn’t work, but no problems because i just forced the wp admin to not load in ssl through wp config.
However I noticed on the frontend, the wp admin bar is loading in the footer like this, unstyled:
