    Hi,
I’ve got a rather weird problem with this site. wp-admin and wp-admin/index.php gives the “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page” error. I’ve enabled debug mode and I haven’t received any additional message here. I’ve disabled plugins and swapped to default theme and the problem still persist. I’ve also asked the hosting company to check the issue for me and they haven’t found anything about it either.

The weird thing comes now. The site actually works. If I enter any other address like https://www.suncakemom.com/wp-admin/update-core.php or https://www.suncakemom.com/wp-admin/edit.php
I can access the site admin area. I can add, edit and delete posts, plugins, themes. Everything works as it is supposed to be. Except of course google site kit plugin that tries to use the wp-admin page for some reason and I have no access to it.
So it would be nice if anyone could point me to some direction.
Restoring the site is not an option as this error is there for years and a lot of articles have been published since it first appeared.
    Thanks!

Upon further investigation, it was pointed out that the site has no HOME menu. On the left hand side menu area between the dashboard and the updates menu there supposed to be a HOME menu. It is not there.
