I just started with Bluehost and trying to set up my WordPress site. In the meanwhile, my session was over when I tried to log in through WordPress Admin(wwww.mysite.com/wp-admin) I am getting this error “ERROR: Invalid email address. Lost your password?” After seeing this I registered with www.remarpro.com then tried with that email ID and password but it does not work. Please tell me what do I need to do?

    I am new to this.

  • Hello… If you are doing a clean install of WordPress, it will create a wordpress username and password for you to login to admin dashboard.

However, if you are importing your wordpress installation from www.remarpro.com then it will require you to login using your email address.

So the question is, what kind of installation or setup you are trying? From your description, it seems you trying to import your wordpress from www.remarpro.com to bluehost server?

I never created a website on www.remarpro.com. I just registered with Bluehost and they automatically asked me to log in to WordPress inside their website. So I clicked on that and it did not ask me for any user name or password so I thought, it is the same as Bluehost. But after sometime, it was logged out and then I tried to check my website and there I found Admin Login option in WordPress then I tried to login with the Bluehost(Id and Password) but it did not work, so I registered with www.remarpro.com and it also did not work.

I did not Install WordPress because it asked me to log in to WordPress under My Sites option inside Bluehost.

Thank you for that information. Unfortunately, I am unaware how your host bluehost work.. But ideally I assume they should have provided you control panel or some kind of access to install wordpress, which will be followed by creating an admin account for your wordpress installation. It is not necessary that these details be the same as your bluehost logins, but there is a possibility they could be same again. So the best bet here is to confirm from bluehost support.
